Lemon essential oil has strong anti-stress properties, is calming and energizing as an air freshener, like most citrus essential oils, and is also known to combat stress and insomnia.<\/p>\n

Serving suggestions: <\/b>As a room freshener in air diffusers to diffuse a pleasant, uplifting fragrance. It can be used in the bath for a relaxing effect, in the radiator basin, or to scent detergents.
