Description
Lemon essential oil has strong anti-stress properties, is calming and energizing as an air freshener, like most citrus essential oils, and is also known to combat stress and insomnia.
Serving suggestions: As a room freshener in air diffusers to diffuse a pleasant, uplifting fragrance. It can be used in the bath for a relaxing effect, in the radiator basin, or to scent detergents. Or, place a few drops on a handkerchief and inhale as needed to reduce the effects of stress.
Precautions for use: Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Contains photosensitizing molecules; do not expose skin to sunlight after use.

Storage instructions: It's best to store essential oils in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat. Citrus essential oils are more susceptible to oxidation than other essential oils.
